The Bell and Howell Pressure Seal system is one of the fastest and most versatile units on the market today. Eliminating the need for outside envelopes and glue, these systems will work with pressure-sensitive forms available from most any forms manufacturer. This system was designed to process high-volume applications found in typical mail production environments.

The operator loads the system with the printed forms in either continuous form (fan-fold or roll) or cut-sheet formats. The system then automatically feeds, cuts, folds and seals the self-mailer to create a finished mailpiece. The use of heavy-duty, high-pressure sealing rollers ensure the highest quality sealing with processing speeds up to 36,000 mailpieces per hour.

The Bell and Howell Pressure Seal system can also be provided with an integrated Bell and Howell JETVision reading system to ensure that every self-mailer is created with full integrity and quality control. In addition, every job can be easily monitored and tracked using BÖWE One software, with a complete audit trail and productivity reporting available. The Bell and Howell Pressure Seal system can also be provided with in-line connectivity to various cut-sheet digital production printers to allow printing and finishing to be completed in a single process.
