The intelligent multi-bin feeder (IMBF) system is a solution targeted at the automation of the process for collating large volumes of pre-printed material from a large selection. The IMBF system is based on highly reliable, efficient and compact tower collator technology integrated with an advanced and flexible document reading and control system.  

The collation process can be driven from information derived from a spreadsheet or database. IMBF can intelligently assemble a personalized collation based on information read from a primary sheet (piece). IMBF is also useful for automatically and intelligently merging the output from multiple print streams (monochrome and color and/or digital and offset).

Configurations can be in-line or off-line from the downstream finishing processes making this the perfect solution to meet and exceed the expectations placed on typical document production environments.
