Simplified operation

Whether it is user login or logoff, job selection, or start—with BICOS 2009, you control all actions centrally via the new intuitive interface. The Lasermax Roll Systems unwinder and the multifunctional VEKtor reading system can also be integrated into the BICOS operating system. It allows the configuration of almost all languages. Information regarding the user, shift or job are reliably stored and managed. Detailed system messages promptly highlight improvement potentials.

Security

Users can conveniently program new applications and components by simple mouse clicks on the screen. Predefined jobs are stored in BICOS, but can also be supplied centrally by our Production Tracking software. The functions, parameters and settings of the software and the administrative area are protected by passwords and user authorizations. It is not necessary to reconfigure the inserter for subsequent jobs—this adds up to considerable time savings! 

Transparent production

The status and operating data of the components are continuously captured in real time, illustrated in clear graphics, and stored. This enables prompt responses during ongoing operation. At any time you can analyze information regarding the systems, components, time frames, shifts or users. You can see, for example, whether the production targets are being met—or how to optimize production.
