Bell and Howell's ProServ is an advanced data collection and reporting tool that allows remote monitoring of mailroom system performance at customer sites. ProServ monitors a wide variety of equipment including printers, booklet makers, collators, OEM systems, and the primary targeted inserting machines.
ProServ provides our Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) with detailed insight into system performance and the means to access, measure and proactively improve the effectiveness of their repairs and maintenance. Fact-based management results in increased uptime, greater efficiency and throughput, and ultimately enhances your bottom line.

Early warning indicators
ProServ delivers real-time information in standard formats that allow CSEs to immediately measure equipment performance and implement corrective measures. CSEs are able to validate their service actions within minutes of completing their service order.
ProServ is capable of generating hundreds of user-configurable reports, delivering standardized graphs and charts to focus resources on the greatest opportunities with data-driven action plans. Drill-down capabilities are also visible for identifying individual machine, operator, CSE and infrastructure improvement opportunities to drive quantifiable actions with verifiable results.
Applications
ProServ information facilitates communications between site operations and local service teams to help ensure productive daily customer interactions.
Real-time data reduce service outages and optimize the CSE utilization by:
- Comparing real-time machine, job and operator performance metrics
