Electronic delivery options

The eMessaging service offers multiple presentment options that allow your company to take advantage of the many delivery channels the Internet has to offer.

  • Presentment at a company-branded Web site with email notifications sent to enrolled users
  • Delivery via company branded mobile apps for iPhone, Android or Blackberry devices, with secure links to full statement details

BH Web Mail

Online statements and bills can either have the same look and feel as your company’s current printed statements or be completely redesigned for quicker access to select information. BH Web Mail service dynamically presents statements in HTML or PDF format, with links to additional services and personalized messages.

Email notifications are automatically sent to all enrolled users, with links back for secure login.

BH Mobile Mail

While smart phones are quickly becoming a consumer’s preferred communication tool, trying to manage bills sent via email or presented at a Web site does not provide most users with an optimal experience. With email, users often struggle to track and manage bills when they are receiving between 60-100 other emails a day, and with Web sites the content is often not optimized for a phone’s screen and it takes a considerable amount of time to access a mailers site and logon before a statement can even be viewed.
